I met Dr Amit Taggar back in 2015 when he was practice in Birmingham, I was big guy back then was recommended Gastric Sleeve. I was close over 300lbs and after gastric sleeve done with Dr Taggar to these days I weighted 160. Healthy and no back pains legs lower back at all for over 10 years this coming May 2025 it would be 10 years since I had gastric sleeve done yes weight still the same several years up and down little bit. I’m sure it called “”plateau “” but I’m happy what I am today. Thank you Dr Taggar!

December 16th 2021 my life completely changed and I cannot thank Dr Amit Taggar enough for bringing my life back!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer Dec 2020 and had surgery Jan 2021. I was told this was my wake up call and I had to get the weight off. After I completed treatment my first visit for weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) was May 11, 2021 and I weighed in at 291lbs. Every month for 7 months I had to do a monthly visit and make sure I didn’t gain. On Dec 16 morning of surgery I weighed in at 274 and now 3 years later I have maintained between 171 and 175. On Nov 13th 2024 I had Panniculectomy surgery with Dr Juan Socas and I just put on my first pair of jeans and zipped them right up!!! All I can say is Thank You to all of my Doctors in getting me to where I am now.

I allow Dr. Taggar to choose which procedure he felt was best for me, and had Gastric Bypass in 2019 and my results were more then I expected.
